1. Nature of the Service

BidUp provides commercial directory listing and paid promotional visibility services. Rankings on public leaderboards represent sponsored promotional placements determined by auction bidding amounts.

2. Prohibited Content

Submissions containing illegal materials, malware, phishing links, misleading claims, trademark infringement, hate speech, or adult content are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension without refund.

3. Outbid Dynamics & Ranking

When you place a promotional bid, your listing secures the corresponding rank at that moment. Other users may place higher bids at any time, which will adjust relative positions accordingly. Bids represent marketing expenditures and cannot be converted into cash returns.

4. Outbound Links

All outbound links to listings carry rel="sponsored nofollow" attributes in compliance with global search engine guidelines.
